Terms of Service

Effective date: January 1, 2026.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of emergencyplumberaz.com and your interactions with Coyote 24 Plumbing ("we," "us," "our"). By using this website or contacting us to request service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Website is informational only

This website provides general information about plumbing services available in Arizona. Content on this site — including service descriptions, typical problem causes, and general guidance — is for informational purposes only. It is not a guarantee of service availability, response time, or outcome in any specific situation.

Nothing on this website constitutes professional advice tailored to your specific plumbing system or condition. A licensed plumber must assess your situation in person before any diagnosis or recommendation is final.

2. Estimates and pricing

Any price range or estimate provided on this website, by phone, or in text prior to an on-site visit is a non-binding estimate based on typical job parameters. Actual pricing is confirmed by the technician after inspecting the work site, before any work begins. You are under no obligation to proceed, and we will not start work without your authorization.

Emergency and after-hours dispatch fees, when applicable, are disclosed to you before a technician is dispatched. Accepting dispatch constitutes agreement to those fees.

3. Workmanship

Coyote 24 Plumbing stands behind the work our plumbers perform. If a repair we completed fails due to workmanship within a reasonable period after service, contact us and we will return to evaluate and address it. Specific warranty terms are discussed at the time of service and may vary by job type.

Warranties cover our labor and apply only to the specific repair performed. They do not cover pre-existing conditions, unrelated failures, damage caused by third parties, or normal wear.

4. Licensing and insurance

Coyote 24 Plumbing operates as an Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC) licensed and insured plumbing contractor. You can verify contractor license status independently at roc.az.gov. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for all field technicians.

5. No contractor-client relationship formed by website use

Browsing this website, reading its content, or submitting a contact form does not create a contractor-client relationship between Coyote 24 Plumbing and you. A service relationship is established only when we confirm a scheduled appointment or dispatch a technician.

6. Third-party links

This site may contain links to third-party websites (manufacturers, product references, local resources). Coyote 24 Plumbing has no control over those sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or accuracy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Coyote 24 Plumbing's total liability for any claim arising from your use of this website — not from actual plumbing services performed — is limited to $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content.

Liability for services actually performed is governed by the service agreement and applicable Arizona law, not this website disclaimer.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coyote 24 Plumbing, its principals, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of this website.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from use of this website that is not otherwise resolved shall be heard exclusively in Maricopa County, Arizona.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
